Once You've Booked, This Is What Happens Next:
1. Sign the Terms & Conditions
After booking, you will receive a message with a link to review and sign our Terms & Conditions.
2. Attach Your ID & Pay A Deposit
You will also receive a secure link to upload your ID and pay the required deposit. Please note that cash payments are not accepted.
3. Receive Your Check-In Details
Your check-in instructions will be sent 24 hours before your arrival date.
For same-day bookings, the details will be sent shortly after your ID verification, terms agreement, and deposit have been completed.
4. Self Check-in
All Skyline Inn properties offer self check-in, so you can arrive at your convenience without needing to meet anyone.
Access may be via key safe, lockbox, or key collection point, and full instructions will be provided before arrival.
5. Check-out
Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Before leaving, please:
- Turn off all heating
- Lock all doors and windows
- Return keys to the collection point if applicable
If possible, please send us a quick message once you have checked out so we can notify our cleaning team.
